Pictures & stats from the inaugural kickoff brew for our new Big Brew System (BBS)

On November 16th 2002 HAZE brewed our inaugural batch of beer using the BBS.   We roto-rootered the system my brewing a simple Pale Ale.   Below are pictures and stats from the session.
