Northern California Homebrewers Festival VI for 2003

For the 6th annual NCHF held on October 3rd & 4th 2003 a change of venue took place.  The festival was held at Lake Francis Resort in Dobbins CA. this year.  What a great place for a picnic.  Here are some pictures taken by Nora Seeley.

National Home Brew Day 2003

For the 6th National HomeBrew Day’s Big Brew on May 3rd 2003 HAZE members brewed about 200 gallons of British IPA (The Big 12!) at Gold Hill Brewery.  Here are some pictures taken by Nora Seeley.

Inaugural Kickoff Brew For Our New Big Brew System (BBS)

On November 16th 2002 HAZE brewed our inaugural batch of beer using the BBS.  We roto-rootered the system my brewing a simple Pale Ale.  Below are pictures and stats from the session.
