Description/Notes

1st pass at scaling down for 5 gallons (*not yet tested*):

9.75 lbs pale malt
17 oz Caramel/Crystal malt 60L
18 oz Caramel/Crystal malt 80L
3.5 oz Victory malt
0.9 oz Cluster (60 min)
.5 oz Cascade (30 min)
.5 oz Chinook (30 min)
.5 oz Cascade (15 min)
.2 oz Chinook (15 min)
2 oz Cascade (0 min)

Ingredients

72 lbs pale malt
8 lbs Caramel/Crystal malt 60L
8 lbs Caramel/Crystal malt 80L
1.5 lbs Victory malt
5 oz. Cluster (60 min)
8 oz. Cascade (30 min)
3 oz. Chinook (30 min)
8 oz. Cascade (15 min)
5 oz. Chinook (15 min)
1 lb. Cascade (0 min)

Step-by-Step instructions

Mash in at about 160-163.
Try to mash out at 168, in our BBS brew we has some issues and only hit 145-150..
