[Homebrewers] California Sate Homebrew Competition entries

Just confirmed with Lisa Gros that the CSHC competition has changed this
year.  This year every
member of our club can enter a beer in every category/subcategory!  In
previous years there was a limit of only one beer "per club" for each
category/subcategory.

In other words Dave Pratt will not need to organize our club entries
since the competition is  new per brewer instead of the old per club
scheme that required coordination between members of a homebrew club.

Beers can be dropped off at NCHF Sunday morning.
