[Homebrewers] By-Laws

Revisions are being proposed to the by-laws for a vote at this month's
meeting next Thursday.  I know it's busy with NCHF upon us, but this
will give you a chance to look them over.  I have used traditional
strikeout for items to be removed and underline for items to be added.
The changes deal mainly with elections and officers.  It is proposed to
introduce the slate of officers at the October meeting, and then vote in
November (it is election season, afterall!).  There will be a transition
steering meeting sometime between then and January of incoming and
outgoing officers.  It is also proposed to add some Coordinator
positions (QOB, Brewnoose, Brewfest, web, etc).
