I will be unable to attend Thursday (I will leave the key with Kay on
Wednesday if I haven't already).  

I like the November meeting idea.

Since I will not be there, here is the current slate of Officers:

Activities		Dave Barlow or Craig Zangari


Nominations may be taken from the floor, and then are closed by a vote
to produce the final slate.

This month's meeting is Thursday, October 12. In
addition to a presentation on (British) porters and
stouts, we have some important business to take care
of. The three most important things (and the only ones
I can remember) are:

1. We need to vote on the revisions to the club bylaws.
The revisions are necessary in order to hold November
elections and ensure a smooth transition and a fruitful
2007.

2. There has been a proposal to have our November
meeting at the Amador market (in Plymouth). It would be
a catered affair, costing approximately $35 per person.
We need to gauge the interest in doing this.

3. Finally, this will be out last meeting to discuss
Queen of Beer (which will take place on Oct. 21.)
