Just putting my 2 cents (for what it worth? ... 2 cents!)

It would be good for all food to be prepare prior to the festival.
Cooking by or with drunk people is never good.  Count me in to help the
weekend or week before NCHF.

On the topic of special appointments ... don't forget about the QOB
Organizer ... it's a de-facto appointment anyway.

I'm thinking the blue early bird ticket for arriving at the meeting on
time (by 7pm) should remain to help "prompt starting of meetings".
