[Homebrewers] Mead Day

Anytime in the AM.  I'm doing 2 brews tomorrow.  I'll start my first by
8am.  I'll do my second and Nora will probably do hers about 10am.  The
Midas Touch clone uses malt extract so I'll boil that for an hour.  But
the mead I'm just going to add honey to water that's been boiled.  I'm
guessing it will take longer to sanitize the fermenter than prepare the
