[Homebrewers] 6/8 Kolsch shares on the BBS have been spoken for

All sounds good to me... early start, early finish. I have plans that
evening as well, but should be able to stay until at least 5pm for
cleanup assistance.

BTW, if you need a taker for the last share I'd be happy to go for two
shares.

Dave

Dont' drop out ... if fact we still need to sell one more share ...

I thought we would dough-in at 151 degF for 1 hour. No recirculation.
Then we would ramp up to 168 degF which would increase effienciency and
clearify the wort at the same time. We would start sparging just as
soon as we hit 168 degF. We can do a 1 hour boil ... however 90 minutes
is better for driving off DMS from Pilsner malt. We could also agree to
arrive at 8:30am for dough-in.

Any other thoughts? ... anybody!,
Steve

I can be there for most of the day. I've got to leave around 3 for a
dinner thingy. I can drop out if that isn't workable. I totally forgot
about the dinner until last night.

Is the recipe a single infusion one hour boil? It seems like a
reasonable start time could get us done between 3 and 4.

I guess if its OK with everyone else its OK with me.

We have Pat that can only be there for a little while in the afternoon.

We have Darren and Tina that will be there for the 2nd half of the day.

I'm hoping Glen, Dave Pratt and Mike Boyd can be there most of the day.

I've got kids all weekend and may not make it. Any possibility of
someone picking up a carboy and delivering it on the way down the hill?
If so, I'd take a share...

6 out of 8 shares of BBS Kolsch have been spoken for so far. Currently
we have:

Glen

Dave Pratt,

Darren & Tina

Mike Boyd

Pat

and myself

We need to sell two more shares to make this happen at Jeff Bunch's
"Snow Brew" on February 23rd.

Let me know ASAP,

Steve
