Steve, That sounds like a fine plan to me. But how do
you ramp up without a recirc? ;-) If you are going to
ramp up to 168, you can probably mash for less than an
hour at 151, if your really pressed for time.

Mike, If it helps, I can drop your's off on the way
back down the hill. Will the carboy already be there,
or do I need to pick it up on the way up the hill?
