I would like to thank Jeff for all of his hospitality. The chili and cornbread was great. The Raspberry/Black berry port and Zin were outstanding.
The snow at the end of the brew was very scenic. I was surprised at the number of people there just to party out in the cold of Jeff shop. We had a lot of fun!
Last night I pitched my yeast at 10pm with the shop at 66 degF. I turn off the heat and let the temperature drop to 58 degF by 9am this morning. The Wyeast 1007 German ale yeast was bubbling away at 58 degF. Ill raise the temperature today to about 63 degF for a day or two, then raise the temperature to 65 degF for a couple more days, and then after the bulk of fermentation Ill finish off at 68 degF.
Ill mail out the BBS results in a few more minutes.
Thanks Jeff,
Steve
