Bill,
The steering is technically scheduled for tonight since it's the 4th
Thursday of the month. However, I cannot make it tonight, and I'm out
of town all next week.
So, I'll leave it up to the other officers if you would like to meet
without me tonight, or postpone to the early part of the week of the Feb
4th.
Attached is a brief agenda that could be followed if you decide to meet
without me.
1. Topic for Feb regular meeting: David Brattstrom offered to do a
chocolate and beer pairing in honor of Valentine's Day
2. Food for Feb regular meeting:
3. Treasurer's report
4. Pub crawl(s) discussion/dates.
5. Campout location/dates.
6. QOB staffing/organization
That's really about it. We could probably forego the steering this
month. We just need a volunteer to bring food that might go well with
chocolates. We can catch up on the rest at the regular meeting, which
will be on the 7th.
Dave

Is there a steering meeting this week - like tonight? Next week?

Greetings homebrewers.
Due to popular demand (because of Valentine's Day falling on the
2nd Thursday this year), I am recommending we reschedule the meeting to
Thursday Feb 7th (one week earlier than usual).
There's a rumor of a beer and chocolate pairing hosted by Mr.
Brattstrom scheduled for the 7th, so I hope you all can make it.
Should be good!
Dave
