I lager one week for every eight SG points OG (1.048 OG = 6 weeks).
I brewed my Helles Monday ... so with two weeks primary fermentation, one week diacetyl rest and ramp down to 32 degF and then six weeks lagering I've got nine weeks to a keg and eleven weeks for bottles ... Steve

I'm ahead of the game. My Munich Helles has been in
the secondary for 3 weeks now. Another week or two untill
I bottle/keg.

You should be! The campout is just over a month away. NCHF is just over two months away!

Indoor temps probably perfect to ferment Belgians, too!
