[Homebrewers] Campout

Get your sleeping bags packed, the day is drawing close, August 22-24. Just a few items and a little info to pass along.
Firewood- I'll bring a pick up load 
Fees- $20 per family for the weekend, $10 for single day, all payable to Treasurer                       in advance or at the door.
Beer Trailer- Anyone interest in towing the trailer from storage at Morning Glory to                   the campout , and then returning it afterwards? If so let me  know at the   
            meeting in August.
Saturday Night Pot Luck- Everyone will be responsible for their  own main dish. 
                   Last name ending A-H   Appetizer
                                              I-O     Salad
                                              P-Z    Veggie or Bread
                     And of course anyone wishing to bring a desert please do, you can never 
                     have to many deserts!
 
Auction-   Mr. Bradstrom are you up to auctioneering ? If so the job is yours as I 
               understand this has been your job in years past , if not we'll find 
               someone at the next meting.
Auction items- bring the beer related (or not) to the campout and we'll see how 
                much money can be raised. 
Sunday Morning Breakfast- As it has been explained to me there is a tradition that 
                the male brewers cook this breakfast. So the club will provide the ingredients
                Bacon , eggs, hashbrowns, pancake mix. We just need campstoves,
                pans, chafing dishes to keep the goodies warm, and of course a few 
                willing cooks! I won't be able to make the breakfast so if anyone would
                like to take charge of this I'm sure the hungry participants would appreciate
                it. I will make sure the needed ingredients make it to the campsite.
 I can't think of anything else to pass on right now , but i'm sure there is so we will discuss the final issues at the next meeting.            JeffB
