	Events coordinator is an officer per the by laws on our website. These were the last by laws voted in that I am aware of. We didn’t have an officer in this position during 2007. Perhaps that’s where the confusion started.

	ARTICLE V

	CLUB OFFICERS

	 

	1. Composition

	 

	The Club Officers shall be composed of five (5) elected officers. The officers are President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Events Coordinator. The Officers shall meet at the request of the President or any three (3) Officers.

	 

	More than one individual can staff the Secretary and Events Coordinator officer. If more than one, said individuals are to be presented as a team on the ballot. Each office acts as a single officer when exercising voting rights, passing motions, etc.

	Just FYI ... the old 1994 by-laws show a "Events Coordinator" as an official elected office.  Did the new by-laws change this?
