We still have a home!Sounds good. I didn't have much hope that we could meet in the Ag building. Pati talked to the woman (Maddy did too) who runs the building who was going to ask the supervisor about us using it. She said she would get back to us but it didn't sound too promising. In addition, the Ag bldg. is now designated a "Fragrance Free Zone". The Herb Society has been asked to refrain from bringing in anything with an aroma i.e.. herbs, lavender, basil, etc. God help us if we dared to bring a hop or two in there.
Tomorrow is Great Britain beer nite at the HAZE club. Bring your favorite English, Irish, Canadian, Welch, Australian or any American beer brewed before 1776. Either homebrew or commercial. Be prepared to talk about your beer.
No more HAZE monthly raffle! Due to a law passed in 2001 (damn you Gray Davis), raffles are illegal in California. For more info see: http://www.runquist.com/article_raffles.htm. We must now have a "Drawing of Opportunity" (DOO - yes, as in doo doo which this law seems to consist of) in order to be legal.
See you all tomorrow. Usual time, usual place. Bring DOO DOO fodder.
