I would rather do lighted beer mugs any day over Christmas tree lights.

Does your projector zoom in and out. If so zooming in will help. Let me take some measurements of the canopy and trailer. I was planing on putting the projector on top of the beer trailer at the back end.

... Steve

For lighting, I mean how will you be able to see it during the day?

DVD is preferable, otherwise I'd have to schlepp a VCR up there....

Wht if we had a second NCHF table? I'm sure I can get one. Or do you prefer something smaller?

Actually the long banquent table from the NCHF guys is typically the one we put my chairs around. We place it in the middle of the booth where everyone can sit to eat and drink.

Can you bring a table for serving food? Or maybe we can round up some card tables?

We normally serve food on the tables we get from the NCHF guys. I have some old round tables for people to sit around, if you want we can throw them in the trailer just in case.

The NCHF guys supply each booth with one table. Although I think Lisa and Patti talk them out of two or three.

Pat ... what are you serving food on. The beer trailer fold out panels? Or are you bring a table?

I'll bring my eight white chairs.

In front of the booth we had two small round tables with umbrellas. Are the tables available? Michael and I supplied the umbrellas.

I think the NCHF guys supply tables, not sure where the chairs come in. I seem to recall bringing them in the trailer, possibly Steve and Nora's chairs?
