NCHF is over.  The Octoberfest is in two weeks.  What to do on the weekend in between?  The Herb Faire is on Saturday, September 27th.  There will be various herb related vendors, music, food, dancers, face painting and story tellers for the kids and much more.  
 
Free admission and free parking.  
 
 
Here are directions to Folsom Lake College:
Take Hwy 50 to the Missouri Flat Rd./Diamond Springs exit (exits right).  
Turn north onto Missouri Flat Rd. 
Take Missouri Flat about 1.6 - 1.8 miles; Missouri Flat will start to curve to the left, at which point it becomes Green Valley Rd.
Once you're on Green Valley Rd., it's only 0.1 mile until you see Campus Dr. on your right
There will be signs and balloons; turn right onto Campus Dr.
