•Calculate necessary additives to achieve target
–Gypsum:  Ca & SO4
–Epsom salt:  Mg & SO4
–Canning salt:  Na & Cl
–Baking soda:  Na & HCO3
–Calcium chloride:  Ca & Cl
–Chalk:  Ca & CO3
